How a price without a visit is possible

A standard mow is a predictable job. What varies is how much lawn there is, and roughly how much lawn there is can be told from the property itself rather than by standing on it.

So MowPass asks for the address, puts the yard into one of four size bands, and applies the published rate for the rhythm you pick. You confirm the band before booking, which is the step that catches the corner lot that looks small from the street.

What the quote is based on

Two inputs. Yard size sets the base rate; how often you want it cut applies the discount tier. Nothing about your name, your phone number or your postcode changes the figure.
